The Masterpiece of 2018 ‘Tumbbad’ Earns ONLY 14 Cr. which is the FAILURE of Audience not the Movie

We saw many Bollywood movies in 2018 and some really won our hearts. But Sohum Shah’s ‘Tumbbad’ was an unique concept which we never saw in Bollywood ever.

‘Tumbbad’ directed by Rahi Anil Barve was inspired from mythological stories. The movie was visually so amazing with a great storyline and amazing performance by the actors.

It took the makers 5-6 years to shot this film. So much of hard work was put up by the whole team under a budget of Rs. 5Cr.

The film was released in October 2018 and it really deserved more than it barely made.

It’s really sad to know that such an amazing film just had a total collection of Rs. 14 Cr which is the FAILURE of Audience and not the movie.

We must support such great content. Feel really sad as a movie lover for such movies which are true art but remains unnoticed by the audiences.

Vicky Kaushal’s GREAT Performance-A GRIPPING Tale are POWERPOINTS Of URI (3.5/5)

‘URI: The Surgical Strike’ is based on the 2016 Surgical Strikes which were conducted by the Indian Army on ‘launch-pads’ used by militants in Pakistan which was a perfect answer to the deadly terrorist attacks conducted by Pakistani militants in which 19 Indian soldiers lost their lives and many of them were injured.

The movie is divided into 4 chapters showing every aspect and cause of the Surgical Strike. The film is shown through Major Vihaan Shergill’s (Vicky Kaushal) point of view who heads the surgical strike.

Vicky makes the movie worth watching. He essays the right intensity and determination one would expect from a military Major.

The mission is planned by Nation Security Advisor who is fictionalized as Govind Sir (Paresh Rawal) with the assistance of Intelligence officer Pallavi Sharma (Yami Gautam).

Paresh Rawal has beautifully portrayed his role and Yami Gautam also has a strong character.

Director Aditya Dhar is tuned into action scenes, manages to get the VFX and most of the action sequences on point.

A great cinematography makes it a treat to watch. Overall it is an Intense and Gripping story which keeps you engaged till the end.

‘Simmba’ is the story of a corrupt cop Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba who has joined police force with only one aim i.e to earn more and more money but has a change of heart when one of his own suffers at the hands of a gangster named Durva Ranade.

Though being a remake, the film has been very well executed by Rohit Shetty and we don’t mind if we have a Remake like this.

The First half of the film is full of Entertainment with best performances by all the supporting actors.

Ranveer Singh yet again steals the show with his energy on screen. Ashutosh Rana’s strong acting keeps the plot balanced. Sara Ali Khan shares less screen time but yet she proves that she is a natural actor.

Second half is full of Drama but the whole cast keeps you engaged and never lets you feel disconnected from the plot.

Sonu Sood who plays the villain in the film has impressed us yet again with a strong performance. Ajay Devgn’s Cameo in the film is the Scene stealing which also makes you more excited for ‘Singham 3’

Also not only Ajay Devgn, another Superstar of Bollywood has a small cameo in Simmba which will Surprise you in the end.
